At Iska Hem, we believe in making art accessible, effortless, and inspiring. That’s why we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase, no hidden fees.
1. Fulfillment & Production
All of our products are made to order using a trusted print-on-demand network. This allows us to produce your print locally or as close to your shipping destination as possible, helping us reduce delivery time, minimize carbon footprint, and ensure consistent quality.
Production time:
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.
2. Delivery & Shipping Time
Once your item is printed, it will be shipped directly to your address.
Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 3–7 business days

North America: 5–10 business days

Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs delays, weather disruptions).
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders — no additional cost will be added at checkout.
4. Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Note: In most cases, our fulfillment partners print and ship locally within the region, minimizing or eliminating customs charges altogether.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Incorrect or Delayed Deliveries
